Reneu provides strategic direction on the optimal financing structure for the project and the company sources best in class developers to provide proposals for the project.  The company creates solar proposal evaluation reports to compare developers based on experience and approach, financial benefits, and technical design/approach.  The company creates financial models to show the savings and financial returns for potential projects and develops sensitivity analyses based on changes in important variables.

Environmental Commodities Asset Management & Brokerage

The company brokers Environmental Commodities Contracts in the US and worldwide.  The company has primary experience in spot, forward, and structured transactions in New Jersey, Massachusetts, Maryland, Ohio, and Washington D.C. The company also manages the SREC portfolio of 12MWs of solar projects on behalf of asset owners.

Energy Hedging

Reneu also brokers long-term power contracts for utility scale solar projects through Corporate PPAs or energy hedges.
